The Function of Welded Bow Spring Centralizers

The function of the Welded Bow Spring Centralizers are to fix the position of the casing in the well. After the drilling is completed, in order to prevent the casing from sticking to the shaft wall, the arcuate spring of the centralizer is used to force the casing to leave the shaft wall and be in the middle.

The cement slurry can be uniformly solidified in the annular gap between the casing and the wellbore, thus ensuring the cementing quality. The outer diameter of the centralizer is equal to or slightly larger than the hole size, making the lifting power very small, thus reducing the drag of the casing.
